How many nations or states in the world involved in affiliate marketing?

In my opinion, all nations are made possible to be benefited in affiliate marketing but as the affiliate marketing is mainly internet based, nations with higher percentage of internet reach are more likely to be involved and benefited in affiliate marketing. The better the internet connection and reach is, the lesser issue will likely present. In 2016 there are reported that percent of internet reach are about 98% for Norway, 92.6% for united kingdom, 91.1% for Japan, 88.5% for USA, 74.1% for Hong Kong, 65% for Uruguay, 52.1% for China, 34.8% for India, and 26.4% in Sudan. However, the number show just percentage but not the number of population. There also some factor that influence the involvement of Affiliate marketing in each country, nations, and states such as Culture of working. Some country have culture of working all full time but some have culture of part time. In the topic of buying something on the internet also be regulated by those country's policy. If the country's law was strict it may be issue and less easy to invole in worldwide e-commerce.
